You will receive a quote by email ASAP.
After confirmation of availability we will send you payment information.

Price for 1 bedroom, 1-2 persons 5500 US dollars.
Price for 2 bedrooms, 3-4 persons 5700 US dollars.
Price for 3 bedrooms, 5-6 persons 5900 US dollars.

Maximum of 6 persons per villa.

Prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE : inclusive service-charge, use of bath & bed linen, swimming towels, normal use of water and electricity, inclusive cleaning 2/week, the end-cleaning etc. Exclusive the obliged Bonaire Visitor Entry Tax, 75 usd per person, to be paid online here ”Entry Tax” or at the airport. We advice to arrange this online before arrival.

Rates Christmas season + 15 % from 20/12 till 5/1.

Booking directly with the owner, is cheaper. Prices will be different through third party bookings, this will cost the extra commission they charge.

To confirm a reservation we require a 25% down payment, after that all bookings are final. Please send us the names and age of the guests who will be staying in the villa. A confirmation is sent by e-mail, the email exchanges lead to a binding contract. We advise to get a travel/cancellation insurance. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Immediate full payment is required for all bookings within 90 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations made more than 90 days before the date of arrival the cancellation fee will be 25% (=deposit). Or we offer a one time date change without affecting the rest of your reservation. You can use your deposit for another stay within 2 years of the primary reservation without any costs.
For cancellations made within 90 days of the arrival date the cancellation fee will be 100% (no cash refund).

Payment can be done in USD with wire transfer (local bank costs).

The minimum booking period will be one week. For organizational reasons, your villa will be reserved from 3 PM on the check-in date to 10 PM on the check-out date. The entire rent will be due even if the guest checks in late or checks out ahead of time.

The villas are reserved exclusively for the individuals listed on the booking emails. Occupation by unauthorized parties may lead to all parties having to leave the home immediately. In such case, the customer shall bear the additional charges for new accommodation.

Pets are not allowed. However, you can always place a request on the booking form.

The villa will be provided to the guest in a well-cleaned condition and is free from defects. If there are defects at the time of handover or fixtures missing, the guest must inform the property lessor promptly within 24 hours. Otherwise the villa will be considered to have been provided in spotless condition. Holiday rental guests shall bear the costs for the rectification of any damage caused by them or by individuals under their supervision.

The Reef villas use their own power supply. They are not connected to the public network for electricity. There is enough solar power with battery storage for normale usage but guests have to be conscious of their energy consumption. The property lessor can not be responsible for shortage.

If there has been an exceptional high usage of water and/or electricity when the villas are connected to the public network ( documented with the invoices of the energy and water company ) there will be charged an extra fee, normal use is included in the rental price.

The property lessor ensures a proper process of reservation and efficient performance of the contract. For damages other than personal damages, liability shall be restricted to twice the rent, unless there is gross negligence or intention.

Liability shall be excluded for acts of negligence on the part of the holiday rental guest or joint users, unforeseeable or unavoidable acts of negligence by third-parties, force majeure, or events that the property lessor, key-holders, agents or other persons enlisted by the property lessor could not have foreseen or prevented despite taking due care.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising out of the present agreement shall be the place where the villa is located, Bonaire. The agreement is governed by the BES law.
